Use the email address you use at work. We match its domain against the organisations we have registered — there is no password to remember.
Try one of these to see what each kind of address does:
How access works
Four kinds of address, four outcomes
Maica does not run your identity system — you use Maica inside your own Salesforce org — so the domain on your email address is how we tell who you work for.
- maica.com.auMaica staff, with admin access. Send yourself a sign-in link. The emailed link is a staff path only — clients use Salesforce. Staff can triage, publish, set a status and write the official response, but deliberately cannot vote: a staff vote would pollute the one number the board exists to produce.
- a clientSign in with Salesforce. The same Salesforce login you already use for Maica. We read the Salesforce org you belong to from the sign-in itself, which is how your votes count towards your organisation — an email domain would only ever be a guess.
- a Salesforce org
we do not knowRead-only, pending. You are signed in and can read the whole board. Posting and voting wait until someone at Maica connects your Salesforce org to a client record. Turning you away instead would lose real clients we simply had not registered yet. - gmail.com

…Refused. A shared personal domain cannot be tied to a provider, so it can never be registered to one. That check runs when a domain is saved to an organisation, not just at sign-in: by then a shared domain on an organisation record has already opened the door to everyone.
Clients are matched on their Salesforce org, not their email. The org id comes from Salesforce itself at sign-in, so unlike an address it is not something the person signing in can choose.
You do not need an account to read the board. Browse it without signing in.
