When recording Skills, we should consider a type of Skill called Interest such as Sports, Arts, etc and also match Resources by this.
This was raised at an event as an absolute crticial component when matching care workers to participants.
Author and organisation are hidden from other clients. Maica staff can see both, so we can come back to whoever posted it.
