In-Appointment travel and ABT capture at checkout

Workers cannot record activity based transport (ABT) or in-appointment travel in the mobile app. The travel management covers travel to and from an appointment thoroughly (per-resource minutes and kilometres, before/after split, worker challenge fields, chargeable and payable settings, delivery activities, expenses and timesheet entries on completion), but nothing captures travel that happens during the appointment as the service itself.
